getting inspired at CWD
This week it's Clerkenwell Design Week in London.
I'm lucky that I work in Farringdon and at lunch time I can just go out and explore.
Today, I met the most inspiring couple: Forest+Found.
Abigail hand stitches textiles naturally dyed, while Max produces the most beautiful wooden spoons!

At the Platform I saw Yenchenyawen beautiful work inspired by the Japanese art of pottery repairing 'Kintsugi'. I love the idea of mixing different materials, old and new, to create something unique.

At Fabric I met GrayPants, they make stunning lights with recycled cardboard. I love the new collection in white, the texture and structure of the shade shines through.

At St James C of E Tom Dixon had a beautifully curated exhibition and the coffee pots were my favorite products.

Lots of inspirations in few days and I can't wait to announce craft number two very soon!
