wabi-sabi styling+making one-day workshop
In collaboration with Silvia @Salvialimone
new date to be announced soon
Intensive one day workshop.
Would you like to learn how to style and capture your food in a way that shows a specific mood and the textures? Would you like to do so in a relaxed and curated setting, dedicating a day to yourself, while you learn to make your own prop and style them?
Our workshop is open to photographers of all levels who wants to make a move forward with their styling techniques.
Silvia will offer comprehensive demo and hands-on styling sessions with individual feedbacks. We will learn basic styling techniques. How to capture light and shadows, to have moody pictures and bring life to the setting. We will talk about how to make a story with your shoots for a blog post or a recipe, as well as basic camera settings and editing tips.
Backgrounds and props will be provided, you will only need your camera.
The day will commence with the making of some rope trivets of different sizes with Isabella. You will be taught how to make these stunning, versatile props and learn how they can dramatically change the background of your styling, and therefore your photo.
And of course, experience the pleasure of connecting with your creativity, rooting down through making with your hands.
After the lunch break we will immerse ourselves with the styling session explained above.
At the workshop will be provided vegan brunch and treats and at the end we will feast with the vegan sugar-free cake that we will be shooting!!
The price is 190£ for the full day.
